In 2013, 72 homes were sold in Middlebury CT, with an average sale price of $310,328 and an average of 98 days on market. The homes that sold ranged from a 1620 sq. ft. 3 bedroom colonial that sold for $63,500, to a 3672 sq. ft. 4 bedroom contemporary that sold for $675,000.

It is quite difficult to say that the recovery of the Middlebury CT housing market is underway with a less than 1% increase over last year’s average sale prices.
